Each session is 1 hour in length. When you sign up for this package you will receive handouts, and be included in my future informational newsletters. You will also have access to Cari during the duration of our package time and delve deeper into Transpersonal/Spiritual Hypnotherapy.
During our 1 hour sessions, we will cover everything to help you feel confident in your practice. From (but definitely not limited to) course content, client questions, session structure support, meditations, and techniques. I am here to be your cheerleader and will share everything I can to ensure you feel equipped to do what you are called to do.
This initial 90-minute session is for us to get to know one another, drill down on your goals and develop a plan of action. We may use any number of NLP techniques in this session to help you gain clarity. You will also receive an individualized recording specifically for what you'd like to work on. (If you have done hypnotherapy or meditation in the past - we may be able to jump into the deep work in this session). If you invest in a Session Package - this is included/free.
These sessions may range from 60-120 minutes and could include a myriad of techniques that depend on what you and your mind choose to focus on. Those techniques may include Parts Work, Past life Regression, Life-Between-Life Regression, Current Life Regression, Pain Management, and Spiritual growth techniques. If you select this package, your initial/intake session is included for a total of 4 sessions.
These sessions may range from 60-120 minutes. This package is where you will be able to experience multiple Regression sessions & will be taught a number of self-growth techniques. The techniques used may include Parts Work, Past life Regression, Life-Between-Life Regression, Current Life Regression, Pain Management, Dream Work, Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, and Spiritual growth techniques. If you select this package, your intial/intake session is included for a total of 7 sessions.
These 60-120 minute sessions are available once you have completed at least 2 sessions, or if you have previous experience in a hypnotic/meditative state.
