Packages and Individual Sessions

This initial 90-minute session is for us to get to know one another, drill down on your goals, develop a plan of action, introduce you to hypnotherapy, and discuss techniques we may use moving forward. We may use any number of NLP or coaching techniques in this session to help you gain more direction or clarity. If you have done hypnotherapy or meditation in the past - we may be able to jump right into the deep work in this session.

These sessions may range from 60-120 minutes and could include a myriad of techniques that depend on what you and your mind choose to focus on. Those techniques may include Parts Work, Past life Regression, Life-Between-Life Regression, Current Life Regression, Pain Management, and Spiritual growth techniques. (Save $150 by choosing 3 sessions)

These sessions may range from 60-120 minutes. This package is where you will be able to experience multiple Regression or spiritual sessions. The techniques used may include Parts Work, Past life Regression, Life-Between-Life Regression, Current Life Regression, Pain Management, Dream Work, Meditations, Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, and Spiritual growth techniques.  (Save $300 by choosing 6 sessions)

These sessions are available once you have completed at least a 3-session package, or if you have previous experience in a hypnotic/meditative state. This will be determined on our initial consult call before booking your sessions. Pricing is flexible and based on your goals and the time needed.
